Our Bureau is responsible for ensuring the following:
The sale of weaponry and ammunition is done so in a manner consistent with State laws, regulations and ordinances.
The Sale, Transfer, Trade and Registration of weaponry is documented and reported to the State of Mesa.
All carriers of weaponry have valid permits, licensing and certifications.
All carriers and licensees are using their firearms and license in a legal and legitimate manner and that no person has a criminal record.
Regulate the sale and distribution of firearms and ammunitions are conducted in a manner consistent with our state's firearm and ammunition sale regulations and laws.
